Fanny Feliz, Sandy Blanes and Delmy Rosales at award ceremony for MCAE Student of the Year. Delmy, originally from El Salvador, was an ESL student in the Ladder to Language Program at Cambridge College.
Sandy Blanes is the founder of the program and the Director of CELLSS (Center for English Language Learners Support Services) at the Lawrence Regional Center.
